Design |

develops a 3D drawing structure according to the customer's
concept design to provide
more meaningful information. This includes the draft
angle, chamfering, the location of injection
gate ,etc.
All factors must be first confirmed before mold production. |

Once
the construction factors are confirmed, the product is
then manufactured according
to the
drawing (size, material) for mass production.
Before
mass production, the client first confirms and
carefully reviews the assembly, operation, tolerance,
and structural strength
to avoid modifications
during mold development and production, and to save costs. |

 Once
all factors have passed the tests and meet with all expectations,
the next step is the
production of the mold. The mold designing and production
by Apeak uses CNC machinery/ EDM/
related precision machinery and high-standard mold bases
