Under
the premise of product export, Apeak puts great effort
with production management and quality control. Besides
following the quality standards and management regulations
in Taiwan, we further strictly establish our own
quality standards and management regulations for
each customized products.
Our quality assurance system is fully implemented
through our training of employees and the carrying
of various management systems.
Selection
of steel material and cavity number of the mold
The
using of mold material is determined by product
material and its properties. Therefore, the product
is expected to obtain the best quality.
The cavity number of mold is to be determined by
the product – They are included production efficiency,
mold costs, the easiness (difficulty) in processing,
and mold precision.
Mold
Maintenance
Molds
which have already begun for mass production
should be inspected at least 3 times
per month. The slide and precision parts
of the mold should especially be noticed
and carefully inspected. In addition,
use a silk or other equivalent type of
cloth to wipe and carefully inspect the
mold surface.
For mold maintainance of production stopping,
wipe the mold first with a cloth, and
they apply a thin layer of oil. If the
mold is to keep storage for a long period,
futher apply a layer of grease layer
after applying the rust protection layer.
Injection
Machine Management
Since
the performance of injection machine
can directly influence product injection
quality, therefore we establish inspection
card for injection machine, where the
maintenance and repairs are detailly
recorded to maintain injection machine
operations at the best status.
Product
Inspection
The
general inspection of product injection is started
after molding or precision machining to ensure product
quality.
In order to ensure the product quality, our QC staff
will also start to inspect semi-products in round
production.
If the product quality inspection can not be determined
by manual inspection, we will make jigs or other
equipments to inspect. It can increase the accuracy
of inspection.
